During the production of mirrors and other covered glass, defective batches periodically occur. Mirrors cannot be sent for remelting due to the presence of elements in their coating that contaminate melting equipment and affect the further quality of the glass. Our company provides a service for collecting defective products, recycling them and returning clean cullet suitable for the production of new products. We can also organize a storage area — individually make hoppers or pyramids for the convenience of accumulating and storing defective products.

During the production of insulated glass units and products made from mirrors and other covered glass, there are inevitably scraps — material remnants that were not used in the production process. This indicator varies from 5% to 15% of the total volume of glass purchased for production and depends on the technological level of the production line. Leader Glass provides a service for providing containers for accumulating glass cullet, individually made for each specific production with consideration of the peculiarities of equipment placement, which creates the most comfortable conditions for work. We can also organize the loading of raw materials and further transportation to the processing site.

To collect mirror and other glass cullet from the population, we place special containers for its accumulation with the approval of the authorities for further transportation to strictly designated places for processing by the regional administration.
